ICI prepared multiple grants for state and federal funding opportunities in agriculture and energy.

John’s Farm was in the process of diversifying their product lines. ICI assisted through grant preparation and management to expand Cattle Tracks’ operations to include organic brats, organic wheat flour and family recipe seasoning packets. ICI also prepared a grant to fund purchase and installation of wind turbine as a means to reduce utility expenses.

Operation Tri-county Triumph-NOW

Project Scope

Grant application, facilitation and project marketing on behalf of seven agencies to serve victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking.

ICI is serving as the project and financial manager for this two year federally funded project in Nowata, rural Osage and Washington counties. Our primary role is to ensure strong team collaboration between the seven partner agencies, facilitate grant management functions and produce website and marketing materials in support of the project.

• ICI Creates and files all financial progress reports, functions as grant manger and and ensures accurate reporting in a timely fashion.

• Production of all branded materials, design, support and maintenance of web presence and branded presentations.

• ICI provides the facilitation services for all scheduled awareness events. All events have been facilitated within budget.

• ICI produced data gathering tools for each project partner to simplify reporting and meet federal requirements.

• ICI workes closely with each project partner to complete all federal stipulations and grant award requirements while minimizing the time involved.

• ICI created a private document repository available to all prject partners allowing quick access to all form, document and materials.

ICI is proud to have prepared the grant application on behalf of these seven agencies to serve victims and survivors within the service area. After nine months of work on the grant, we are pleased with the progress made by the team with regards to processes, procedures, confidentiality, and referrals. Additionally, the team is starting to work across agency boundaries while providing health, social and legal services to victims in the service area.
