About Us

Integrated Concepts was formed as a collaboration between three diverse professionals with the same goal in mind: The more people work in a cooperative manner, the more successful they will be!

The impetus for founding Integrated Concepts was the pervasive need of not-for-profits, educational institutions, governmental agencies, and business entities for improved communication and collaboration. Ms. Pricer has developed a phenomenal team-building process in The Diamond Exchange™ through which participants learn the importance of communication in a 90-minute hands-on activity. Ms. Hardin has developed a paradigm shifting process in The Magic of Why® through which participants experience the importance of collaboration. Ms. Hukill, who recognized the potential of combining The Magic of Why® and The Diamond Exchange™, has fashioned a career as a professional grant writer, not-for-profit agency organizer, legal advocate, and professional educator.
